Our patented system utilizes the electrical resistance of graphite base compounds to heat asphalt pavement surfaces above freezing. SNOWFREE asphalt utilizes a unique graphite formulation that was originally conceived and designed for airports to prevent unsafe wet ice and/or snow surface build-up. Today the system is designed for commercial use for truck loading docks, parking garages, bridge decks, hazardous road geometries, agriculture planter boxes, and wherever surface temperature control is desired.
