This proprietary technology combines thermo-electrical heating and other graphite properties to sinter materials to near net shape at temperatures up to 2500ºC technology under uniform pressure. ELECTRO-CONSOLIDATION offers the Part Densification community measurable advantages to hot isostatic pressing, or plasma or spark-assisted sintering systems among other competing technologies. The advantages include low-cost, fast heating-cooling cycle, excellent temperature and pressure control at all temperature ranges, environmental control open to a variety of gaseous atmospheres in the sintering chamber.
